User's recommendation: Do not support MLB TV if the team you want to watch is in your blackout zone because you’ll never be able to watch a live game, no matter where they are playing!
They screwed up account and cannot fix problem.

I got a full refund on my subscription last May, upon request. Then I ordered a subscription for the shortened season.
(I took advantage of the MLB/USAA veteran's discount, and paid $32 for the 60 game season).
Request your refund, or maybe ask for an equivalent rebate (i.e. what you paid less what they're asking for, current subscription price).
