I purchased a monthly subscription to the 2017 season on April 4 2017. I called on April 25, 2017 and asked them to cancel auto renewal.

On May 10, I noticed a charge to my account of $24.99 for this month. I called in and asked for a refund,which they denied, saying it was past the five day window to refund. The person i had originally told to cancel the auto renewal didn't do their job. The person I talked to today was very helpful but said he couldn't do anything about it.

I don't understand why I have to pay for their mistakes. It is poor business ethics to charge someone for something they didn't authorize and then deny to refund them the money.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
